Since 2013, Justin Vance has played an important and active role in the transition of ownership in Allapattah from many industrial and produce users to creative and artistic uses with novice, experienced, and institutional-sized investors alike, taking an interest in the neighborhood.  He has sold over 150,000 SF of property in the area.
