Jared Brunnabend, who has almost 20 years of experience in the residential and commercial real estate industries, is a Principal at Bayshore Investment Partners. Mr. Brunnabend leads acquisitions and financing efforts for BIP.

Since 2012 he has focused on BIP’s multifamily platforms as well as urban commercial opportunities in emerging neighborhoods including Wynwood, Buena Vista, Little River, MiMo, and Little Havana. Mr. Brunnabend’s assets under management exceed $150MM in value and over 1,200 units. He is also a licensed commercial real estate associate at Lombardi Properties.

From 2005 to 2012, Mr. Brunnabend was Vice President at Coconut Grove-based Green Street Real Estate Partners. He led the firm’s acquisition efforts and managed select properties with repositioning and leasing activities. From 2005 to 2007, Mr. Brunnabend originated and acquired seven assets totaling $120MM and participated in the acquisition and underwriting of an additional nine assets totaling $210MM, encompassing over two million square feet of commercial property. His role also included leadership and oversight of all real estate activities for Knowledge Universe, the nation’s leading provider of early childhood education. Jared serves as Executive Vice President and member of the Board of Directors for the $1.5 billion real estate holding company that owned and managed over 800 KU childcare properties.

Before joining Greenstreet, Mr. Brunnabend worked at the New York City Economic Development Corporation on public/private real estate development projects throughout the five boroughs. Previous associations include investment sales at Hones Lang LaSalle and real estate advisory services at Ernst & Young.
