Daniel grew up on Miami Beach, and while in high school began interning for real estate companies Glaser  Development, a luxury homebuilder, and Turnberry Associates, one of the largest hotel, office, condo and  retail developers in the country. In 2010 Daniel began working at Lombardi Properties focusing on  commercial real estate in Wynwood. At Lombardi Properties Daniel has been very active leasing, selling  and managing property in the area. In 2013 Daniel made his first investment, buying a 10 unit apartment  building in Wynwood, which he sold 2 years later for twice his investment using no leverage. Daniel has  also sourced capital for other projects in and around Wynwood.
