The Association had over 4 Million of US $ in the bank account to pay for the repairs. Now the Association is considering an extra special assessment of $2,5 Million to have all brand new windows New A/C in the lobby room and new Elevator in the parking. The expected new special assessment would be for 7 years starting soon $ 234.71 monthly.
