This is an nice ocean front building with new lobby and common areas. Apartment is nicely and comfortably furnished. Nice view of the ocean. 24 hour front desk. Beach chair and umbrella service. Building is undergoing improvements. Windows have already been replaced and presently working on balcony. Progress changes quickly so please ask.
