There will be an application that each tenant over the age of 18 must fill out through Coldwell Banker. If tenant needs a co-signer the co-signer must apply, as well. Tenants will be responsible for the following utilities: water, electricity and internet/cable, to be set up under tenant's name with local companies. Tenant(s) will have to obtain Renter's Insurance prior to tenancy and send proof of such to Landlord with minimum coverage of $300,000, including liability. If Tenant(s) are not members of the same family, each tenant will be required a separate lease and separate insurance coverage per tenant and all tenants will have to lease for same rental period. Twelve months tenancy is required. Rent Inc: Yard maintenance, pest control, A/C filter, garbage collection.
