Only for the most specialized rehabber. This one is a BIG problem to solve. House is close to being a knockdown. Roof, trusses, insulation, soffit, Facia all need to be replaced . House is loaded with termites (WDO), and wood rot. Most widow and door frames are rotted in need of complete replacement. Mold is throughout the house, The windows have failed and many are not repairable. New Kitchen, Baths, floors, interior and exterior doors also need to be replaced.
