Besides it being a delightful home with beautiful white Porcelain floors throughout, the community is just as grand. The openness of this community is rare, the foliage beautiful, and surrounded by water. The amenities are great as well. There is a great gym, yoga room, 2 tennis courts, 2 pools, a jacuzzi, and a lovely clubhouse with a 24-hour guard gate. This is a family-oriented community, a pet-friendly community. No pets are permitted in this home. A little FYI, the DOM is only because we also rent on Airbnb which would not notify the days rented. Current guests move out on March 1st, 2023.
