Loft condos to be built in Miami's Wynwood district Lombardi Properties is developing loft condominiums at 250 NW 23rd St. in Miami's Wynwood district. Wynwood Lofts, which is scheduled to break ground this summer, will be a four-story residential/commercial condominium with 36 units ranging in size from 920 to more than 1,500 square feet. Each loft will feature exposed block walls, 12-foot ceilings, concrete floors and exposed pipes. Dan Robertson, formerly of Hawrylewicz & Robertson, designed the building.
