Lombardi Properties took a simple warehouse that had previously housed shoes and created a "hip" creative space that is meant to promote creative thinking for the local building owners in the "Fashion District". With extensive use of colored plexiglass and corrugated plastic partitions, polished concrete floors, exposed electrical conduit and a three-compartment sink all add to the ambiance, as well as an extensive bike and scooter collection and an art collection of works from local artisans.

Lombardi Properties is one of the pioneers in this area, just south of the Design District and just north of the new Performing Arts Center and Downtown. Having constructed lofts at the 1926 Terminal Fabric factory building on N.W. 25th St. and acquiring over 100,000 square feet of warehouse space in the past year, Lombardi Properties is leading the charge to revitalize this once overlooked industrial area into the next place to be.
