The new club and entertainment district! Lombardi Properties has acuired two adjacent buildings in this up-and-coming section of downtown which borders the historic neighborhood of overtown and the Miami Arena. One of the buildings is the 17,000 sq. ft. former Park West Production Studio house with its clay tile walls and twenty-five foot high exposed pine beam ceilings. It is truly a picturesque space.
 
Available for private events and parties or long term. It will be the ultimate club venue.

Lombardi Properties has just entered into a lease for it's two buildings in the Parkwest entertainment district with a group in the club business. The group led by Tony Torellio intends to invest over $1 million dollars into creating a bowling alley / lounge with a full sushi bar and billiard room. Expected opening October 2002.
