Wynwood

Many Lombardi properties are located in Miami's burgeoning Wynwood Arts District, south of the Design District and just north of the new Performing Arts Center and Downtown. A hub for Miami''s avant-garde and cutting edge artists, Wynwood offers the raw appeal that creative minds latch on to.

With over 40 art galleries and studios, the area promises to be a cultural center for years to come. Real estate development and economic expansion is already reshaping the landscape into a modern urban center, where residents will find entertainment and excitement within walking distance. Still, the organic reality of this community is enough to maintain it as a proving ground where up-and-coming artists will continue to define themselves.
