Wynwood Lofts

Wynwood Lofts is a 36 unit project of lofts reminiscent of an old factory building south of the design district in a warehouse district known as the Wynwood Arts District. This building has units in three sizes: 840 sq. ft, 1063 sq. ft, and 1463 sq. ft. These spaces, zoned live/work, have 12 ft ceilings, concrete floors, 8 x 7.5 foot bay windows, exposed conduit and piping, and stainless appliances all creating an "industrial aesthetic". details
